Can you draw - illustrator, artists wanted.?

I'm looking for an artist who can do illustrations for a children's book. I prefer to give an opportunity to someone new and up %26amp; coming rather than a professional. We can work together, (even on-line, so it doesn't matter what state you live in) and then present our work to a publishing house together. Understand that this is not a quick, money making opportunity. I will not pay you or receive payment from you. We will get paid from a publishing house if book gets accepted. Or you can sell your work to me, (if it's what I'm looking for), but then you lose all rights to royalties once the books go to market.Can you draw - illustrator, artists wanted.?
