I made a picture on Aobe Illustrator and I need to convert it to a .gif? How?

I need a thumbnail size that must be: 100 x 70 pixel gif under 10kb


AND


A bigger file: 640 pixel wide jpg, gif, png or swf no more than 800 pixels tall and under 250kb.
