set your stroke to the colour you want, set the fill to none (white box with red diagonal strike through it) select the circle tool from the shapes palette (dont have it in front of me, but I think the default is a square - just click and hold till the menu expands) drag the size you want, and you're done. If you want to make your line thicker, increase the size of your stroke. Again, dont have it in front of me, but look under 'window' on the menu barUrgent! !!How can I make a hollow circle with Adobe illustrator CS?
I am not familar with Adobe...but you could make a large circle...say blue...and than put a smaller circle in the middle the same color as the background...that would give you your ';donut';
