Click on File %26gt; Save As %26gt; Adobe PDF. In Adobe PDF Options window click on Preset.
Usually for a good print the options High Quality (desktop printers and proofing devices) or Press Quality (for digital printing or for separations to an imagesetter or platesetter) are enough.
