Is there any colour difference at the time of printing if we design artwork in Corel,Illustrator or Photoshop.

If you save the work as an Encapsulated Post Script file (eps) and and send them to a high resolution post script printer, there should be no difference in the colors.

Printing from the programs themselves to a home printer can be unpredictable, and you may have to adjust the work to fit your requirements. Is there any colour difference at the time of printing if we design artwork in Corel,Illustrator or Photoshop.

yes there is a huge difference. the only way to get the true color you want is to go to the printer with your client and monitor the process. when you are there you can have the printer adjust the levels of cymk to get the colors you desire.
